Eazybe Alternatives for WhatsApp: 5 Tools by Price (2026)

Five Eazybe alternatives for WhatsApp Web, sorted by price: free plans, per-seat CRMs and what each one does best. Prices checked Nov 3, 2026.

Kaption AIUpdated November 2, 2026

Updated November 7, 2026. Competitors' prices and store figures checked on November 3, 2026; Kaption's prices are its 2027 plans.

Eazybe is a WhatsApp Web extension built for sales teams that want every chat logged in a CRM. It has no permanent free plan, and its cheapest plan, Starter, is US$19 per user a month as of Nov 3, 2026. If that price, the lack of a free tier or the billing complaints in its reviews have you looking around, here are five alternatives sorted by what they cost.

Kaption is our product; we list where others are better.

TL;DR: which Eazybe alternative fits which need?

  • Cheapest on yearly billing, with a free plan, for one person who wants AI: Kaption. Free to start; Pro is US$11.99 a month, or US$7.99 a month billed yearly, with voice-note transcripts, summaries, translation and reminders. Month to month, Cooby Extension Pro (US$9.99) costs less. No CRM sync.
  • Free plan with a light CRM layer: WAPlus CRM. Its free plan includes custom tabs, 3 schedulers, 3 reminders and HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho integrations.
  • HubSpot users on a small budget: Cooby. Extension Pro is US$9.99 a month; CoobyTeams adds HubSpot or Salesforce for up to 3 users at US$17.99 a month.
  • Teams sharing numbers and syncing to a CRM: TimelinesAI, from US$28 per seat a month billed yearly. More expensive than Eazybe, but built as a shared team inbox.
  • Brazilian sellers who want Kanban, campaigns and scheduled statuses: Pragmaz, priced in reais, from R$120.99 a month on annual billing.

How do the five Eazybe alternatives compare?

The table lists the cheapest paid price each vendor shows, as of Nov 3, 2026, before tax. Store figures are from each extension's Chrome Web Store listing on the same date.

What does Eazybe do, and why do people look for an alternative?

Eazybe syncs WhatsApp chats to a CRM. Its Starter plan, at US$19 per user a month, includes unlimited scheduled messages (one-time or recurring), labels, chat backup, CRM sync with HubSpot, Zoho, Bitrix24 and Google Sheets, and a WhatsApp MCP for Claude and Codex. Scaler is US$39 per number a month for 3 users, and Basic AI is US$59 per number a month for 5 users, with AI agents and per-reply AI fees. There is a 4-day free trial with no card, and no permanent free plan on the pricing page. On the Chrome Web Store it has 30,000 users and a 4.2 rating from 1.1K ratings.

The reasons to look elsewhere show up in its recent reviews. Among the first reviews the store showed on Nov 3, 2026, several 1-star reviews from February to April 2026 describe charges continuing after cancellation, no cancel button (cancelling by email), refunds refused, and support going quiet after payment. Those are individual reviews, not a measured rate, but they explain why "Eazybe alternative" is a common search. The other reason is simpler: a one-person user may not need a per-user CRM product at all.

Kaption: is the cheapest alternative on yearly billing good enough without CRM sync?

Yes, if you work alone and want AI on your own WhatsApp rather than a CRM. Kaption is a WhatsApp Web extension for Chrome and Edge, plus a desktop app for Mac and Windows. Every account starts with 60 days of Business, unlimited, with no card. After that, Free continues with limits on voice notes and keeps privacy mode and a screen lock; reminders (with daily, weekly or monthly repeat), summaries and translation move to the paid plans.

What it does well: voice-note transcripts, chat and voice-note summaries, live translation in 36 languages, AI reply suggestions, chat export, and an MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor (unlimited in your first 60 days, then in credits a month on a plan). Pro adds Turbo and smart transcription and five scheduled messages a week; Business adds unlimited scheduled messages, a second WhatsApp number and call recording (WhatsApp calls only, audio only). Paid plans are billed through Stripe, and you cancel them yourself.

Limits: Kaption is not a CRM. It has no CRM sync, no Kanban, no pipeline and no custom inbox tabs; through the MCP, an AI assistant can manage WhatsApp Business's own labels and notes, and that's as far as it goes. Scheduled messages go to one-to-one chats only, need the computer on, aren't on Free after the first 60 days and are capped at 5 a week on Pro. Kaption doesn't do bulk messaging or campaigns, on purpose. It runs in Chrome and Edge only.

Price: Free after your first 60 days; Lifetime local AI US$99 once; Pro US$11.99 a month (US$9.99 billed every 3 months, US$7.99 billed yearly); Business US$19.99 a month with 2 WhatsApp numbers (US$11.99 billed yearly). See pricing.

Chrome Web Store: about 50,000 users, 4.8 stars from 5.5K ratings.

Cooby: is it a cheaper Eazybe for HubSpot users?

For small teams on HubSpot, it can be. Cooby is an inbox-zero layer for WhatsApp Web (system tabs like Unread and Need reply, custom tabs, snooze, archive, reminders) with HubSpot and Salesforce sync on its team plans.

What it does well: tabs and inbox triage, chat reminders, templates, notes, and CRM contact cards, deals, tasks and tickets on team plans. It also broadcasts to several chats. Team plans add AI answers and summaries and a read-only MCP connection.

Limits: Cooby doesn't advertise voice-note transcription or translation. The free plan is capped: 3 custom tabs, 3 templates, 10 reminders, 5 notes, 5 scheduled events and 5 shared conversations a month. HubSpot or Salesforce sync isn't on Extension Pro; it starts at CoobyTeams. Some recent 1-star reviews describe trouble cancelling in the app and bugs with the inbox and snoozing.

Price (as of Nov 3, 2026): Extension Free $0; Extension Pro $9.99 a month; CoobyTeams $17.99 a month for up to 3 users (Extension Pro plus HubSpot or Salesforce); Starter $15.99 per user a month billed yearly ($20.99 monthly); Growth $25.49 per user a month billed yearly ($31.99 monthly).

Chrome Web Store: 20,000 users, 4.5 stars from 137 ratings.

We cover Cooby's own alternatives in 5 Cooby alternatives for WhatsApp.

WAPlus CRM: is it the best free CRM-style alternative?

Of the five, it has the richest free CRM features. WAPlus CRM adds a lightweight CRM to WhatsApp Web: auto-categorized tabs (unread, waiting for reply, mentions), custom labels, contact cards and a sales pipeline, plus AI auto-replies and translation.

What it does well: the free plan is lifetime and includes 2 custom tabs, AI translation up to 3,000 characters a month, 3 schedulers, 3 reminders, 1 quick reply, broadcasts, auto-reply and HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and webhook integrations. Paid plans unlock unlimited tabs, schedulers and reminders and raise translation caps; Pro and Growth add an AI chatbot.

Limits: WAPlus doesn't advertise voice-note transcription, call recording or an MCP connector. Team features sync conversations to a WAPlus team space on its servers. Translation is capped by plan until Growth.

Price (as of Nov 3, 2026): Free $0; Starter $12.99 per user; Pro $17.99 per user; Growth $20.99 per user; Custom by quote. The pricing page shows these with struck-through higher prices and doesn't say whether they're monthly or annualized rates, so check before you buy.

Chrome Web Store: 70,000 users, 4.9 stars from 4.1K ratings.

TimelinesAI: is it worth paying more than Eazybe?

Only if you're a team that shares WhatsApp numbers. TimelinesAI is mainly a web app (the Chrome extension is a side-panel companion) that gives a team one inbox across many WhatsApp numbers and syncs every chat to a CRM.

What it does well: integrations with Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, monday.com, Salesforce, Close and more on every plan; ChatGPT summaries, AI auto-replies and agents; a Workflow Builder; mass messaging campaigns (credit-metered); and a WhatsApp MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Codex at no extra charge.

Limits: no free plan, only a 10-day trial with no card for up to 10 seats. Each connected WhatsApp number takes a seat. Conversations live in your TimelinesAI workspace on their servers. The extension's store count understates the product's user base, since most people use the web app.

Price (as of Nov 3, 2026): Starter $35 per seat a month, or $28 billed yearly; Pro $49 per seat a month, or $39 billed yearly; Enterprise by quote.

Chrome Web Store: 3,000 users, 4.2 stars from 14 ratings.

Pragmaz: is it a fit for sellers in Brazil?

Yes, it's built for them. Pragmaz for WhatsApp Web starts with free tools (several accounts in one browser tab, HTML chat export with media, posting a status and seeing who viewed it) and upsells to a sales suite.

What it does well: Kanban CRM, scheduled messages and calls, templates and board reminders on Intermediate; automatic messages to contacts, groups and labels; scheduled statuses through Status PRO; and 24-hour cloud sending with the computer off, chatbot and webhooks on Advanced. TranscriptAI adds transcription and translation.

Limits: prices are in Brazilian reais. Kanban starts at Intermediate, not Basic. Pragmaz doesn't advertise an MCP connector or call recording. Its store privacy panel says it handles personally identifiable information. The pricing page both says plans include TranscriptAI and Status PRO and lists them as add-ons, so read it before you pay.

Price (as of Nov 3, 2026): Basic R$151.24 a month, or R$120.99 a month on annual billing (1 number); Intermediate R$226.24, or R$180.99 annual (2 numbers); Advanced R$443.74, or R$354.99 annual (5 numbers); TranscriptAI add-on R$7.99 a month.

Chrome Web Store: 100,000 users, 4.2 stars from 3.6K ratings.

Which Eazybe alternative is cheapest for one person?

It depends on how you pay. Kaption is free to start, and Pro is US$11.99 a month, US$9.99 a month billed every 3 months or US$7.99 billed yearly; Lifetime local AI is US$99 once. Cooby Extension Pro is US$9.99 a month, so month to month Cooby costs less, the same as Kaption on 3-month billing, and more than Kaption billed yearly. Cooby Free and WAPlus Free are also free, with feature caps. Against Eazybe Starter (US$19 a month), Kaption Pro costs less on every billing period, and you can cancel it yourself. What you give up is CRM sync.

Which alternative keeps CRM sync?

Cooby (HubSpot and Salesforce, from CoobyTeams), WAPlus CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho, even on Free) and TimelinesAI (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, monday.com, Salesforce, Close and more) all sync with CRMs. Pragmaz has its own Kanban CRM instead. Kaption has no CRM sync. If you're still deciding whether you need a CRM at all, our WhatsApp CRM extensions compared goes through the options.

When Kaption isn't the right pick

Kaption is the wrong choice if:

  • You need chats logged in a CRM. Kaption has no CRM sync. Stay on Eazybe, or pick Cooby, WAPlus CRM or TimelinesAI.
  • Your team shares one number and needs assignments or a shared inbox. TimelinesAI and Eazybe's multi-user plans are built for that.
  • You want a CRM pipeline with deals. WAPlus CRM and Pragmaz have one. Kaption's Kanban board only arranges your chats by WhatsApp label; it isn't a CRM.
  • You send campaigns or broadcasts. Kaption doesn't do bulk messaging, on purpose: its terms forbid unsolicited messages, and mass sending is a common way to get a number blocked. WAPlus, Cooby, TimelinesAI and Pragmaz offer broadcasts or campaigns.
  • You need scheduling to groups, recurring sends or sending with the computer off. Kaption schedules only one-to-one messages, with the computer on. Eazybe has recurring scheduled messages; Pragmaz Advanced sends from the cloud.
  • You use Firefox or Safari. Kaption runs in Chrome and Edge, plus its desktop app.

Frequently asked questions

Does Eazybe have a free plan?

No permanent one. As of Nov 3, 2026, Eazybe's pricing page shows a 4-day free trial on Starter and Scaler, with no card, and paid plans from US$19 per user a month.

What is the cheapest Eazybe alternative?

Kaption, Cooby and WAPlus CRM all have free plans. Among paid plans, Kaption Pro billed yearly (US$7.99 a month) is the lowest price listed here; month to month, Cooby Extension Pro (US$9.99) is lower than Kaption Pro (US$11.99). Competitor prices as of Nov 3, 2026.

Which Eazybe alternative syncs with HubSpot?

Cooby (on CoobyTeams and its team plans), WAPlus CRM (on every plan, including Free) and TimelinesAI (on every plan). Kaption doesn't sync with HubSpot or any CRM.

Does Kaption have a WhatsApp MCP like Eazybe?

Yes. Kaption's MCP works with Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. It is unlimited in every account's first 60 days; after that it needs a plan, in credits a month: Lifetime local AI 50, Pro 250, Business 500 with its 2 numbers plus 250 per extra number. It works while the extension or desktop app is open. Set-up guide.

Can I cancel Kaption myself?

Yes. Kaption's paid plans are billed through Stripe, and you cancel them yourself at any time.

Is TimelinesAI cheaper than Eazybe?

No. TimelinesAI starts at US$28 per seat a month billed yearly (US$35 monthly), against Eazybe Starter at US$19 per user a month, as of Nov 3, 2026. It's a team inbox, so the comparison makes more sense against Eazybe's multi-user plans.

Do these tools work with WhatsApp Business?

The extensions run on WhatsApp Web, which works with both regular WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business accounts. Kaption works with both, with the same plans.

Can any of these send bulk messages?

WAPlus CRM, Cooby, TimelinesAI and Pragmaz advertise broadcasts or campaigns. Kaption doesn't, by design. Sending unsolicited messages in volume can get a WhatsApp number restricted or banned, whatever tool you use.
