The page builds the link and the QR code in the visitor's browser; nothing typed there is sent to Kaption.

## How wa.me links work

- Format: `https://wa.me/<number>?text=<message>`. `<number>` is the full international number, digits only: no `+`, spaces, dashes or leading zeros (`+55 11 99988-7766` → `5511999887766`). `<message>` is URL-encoded and optional.
- Example: `https://wa.me/14155550123?text=Hi!%20Is%20the%203%20pm%20slot%20free%3F`
- The message is typed into the chat box for the person who opens the link; they still choose whether to send it.
- On a phone the link opens the WhatsApp app; on a computer, WhatsApp Web or the desktop app. The person doesn't need to save the number first.
- Works for personal and WhatsApp Business numbers. A phone number has at most 15 digits.
