# 7 Best WhatsApp Message Schedulers for Chrome (2026, Compared)

> WAScheduler, Blueticks, WAPlus, Pragmaz, WA Web Plus, Eazybe and Kaption compared on groups, repeats, sending with the PC off, price and store ratings.

Canonical: https://kaptionai.com/blog/en/best-whatsapp-message-schedulers-chrome-2026/

WhatsApp has no schedule button, so anyone who wants a message to go out at 8 AM tomorrow needs an extension for WhatsApp Web. There are dozens. This post compares the seven that matter in 2026, using what each vendor publishes on its own site and Chrome Web Store listing, and nothing else.

*Updated November 7, 2026. Competitors' prices and store figures checked on November 3, 2026; Kaption's prices are its 2027 plans.*

*Kaption is our product; we list where others are better.*

## The short answer

- **Best pure scheduler:** WAScheduler. Groups, recurring rules from every minute to every year, retries, polls and cancel-on-reply. Nothing else on this list goes as deep.
- **Best if the computer can't stay on:** Blueticks Pro or Pragmaz Advanced. They are the only two here that advertise sending from their cloud with your computer off, and both are expensive.
- **Best free plan for scheduling:** WAPlus CRM. Its Free plan includes 3 schedulers. Kaption's Free plan has scheduling only in your first 60 days.
- **Best for CRM teams:** Eazybe (or WAPlus), if scheduled follow-ups need to land in HubSpot, Zoho or another CRM.
- **Best for one person who also gets voice notes and foreign-language chats:** Kaption. Scheduling, reminders, voice-note transcripts and translation in one extension: Pro is US$11.99 a month with five scheduled messages a week, and Business US$19.99 a month with unlimited scheduled messages (US$7.99 and US$11.99 a month billed yearly).

## How do the 7 schedulers compare?

The figures below come from each Chrome Web Store listing and pricing page, as of Nov 3, 2026. The store rounds user counts.

## What should a WhatsApp scheduler extension do?

A good scheduler lets you write a message now, pick a date and time, and trust it to go out without you. Beyond that, the differences come down to four questions:

1. **Who can you schedule to?** One-to-one chats only, or groups and unsaved numbers too.
2. **Can it repeat?** A weekly reminder to a client or a monthly invoice note needs recurrence.
3. **Does it need your computer on?** Most extensions send from your open WhatsApp Web tab. Only a few send from their own servers.
4. **What does it cost per person?** Several tools price per user or per number, which adds up fast for a team.

Keep those four in mind as you read the list. The best tool is the one that answers them the way your work needs.

## Do WhatsApp schedulers send when the computer is off?

Most don't: a browser extension sends from your open WhatsApp Web session, so the computer has to be on and WhatsApp connected at send time. That is true of Kaption, WAScheduler and Blueticks Basic. On this list, only Blueticks Pro (US$50 per user a month, or $45 billed yearly) and Pragmaz Advanced (R$443.74 a month, or R$354.99 on annual) advertise sending from their cloud while your computer is off.

That convenience has a trade-off: your WhatsApp session runs on the vendor's servers. Blueticks' own reviews include a 2-star complaint from October 2025 that the paid always-on mode "will randomly (almost weekly) disconnect without any warning." If you need truly unattended sending at scale, the official WhatsApp Business API is the sturdier route.

## Which are the 7 best WhatsApp schedulers for Chrome?

### 1. Kaption: scheduling inside a wider assistant

[Kaption](/schedule-whatsapp-messages/) adds a schedule option to WhatsApp Web in Chrome and Edge, and to its own desktop app for Mac and Windows. You open a one-to-one chat, write the message, pick the date and time (your computer's local time), and it sends from your own session. You can edit or cancel it any time before it goes out. Reminders are separate and send nothing: they nudge you about a message, with repeats daily, weekly or monthly. Scheduled messages and reminders are on Pro (five a week) and Business (unlimited), and every account has them in its first 60 days.

What makes it different is everything around the scheduler. The same extension transcribes voice notes, summarizes long chats, translates messages live in 36 languages, blurs your screen in privacy mode and records WhatsApp calls on Business. If you use Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, the [Kaption MCP connector](/mcp/) lets the assistant schedule a message after you confirm the text and time.

**Limits:** scheduling works only in one-to-one chats, not groups. Nothing sends while the computer is off. Free has scheduling only in your first 60 days, and Pro allows five scheduled messages and reminders a week; Business is unlimited. Kaption does not send campaigns or bulk messages, and its terms forbid it.

**Price:** Pro US$11.99 a month (five scheduled messages a week), US$9.99 a month billed every 3 months or US$7.99 billed yearly; Business US$19.99 a month with unlimited scheduled messages and 2 WhatsApp numbers, US$14.99 a month billed every 3 months or US$11.99 billed yearly. See [pricing](/pricing/).

**Chrome Web Store:** about 50,000 users, 4.8 stars from 5.5K ratings.

### 2. WAScheduler: the deepest scheduler

WAScheduler does one thing and does it thoroughly. Its listing covers scheduling to contacts, groups and unsaved numbers, recurring rules from every minute to every year, attachments and polls, automatic retries, cancel-on-reply and a calendar view. If scheduling is your whole job, this is the most complete tool here.

**Limits:** Chrome and WhatsApp Web must be open at send time. It doesn't transcribe, translate or summarize, and has no CRM. Prices are not published on the site or the listing, and one 3-star review from September 2025 calls it "High pricing with less features."

**Price (as of Nov 3, 2026):** not published.

**Chrome Web Store:** 20,000 users, 4.6 stars from 1.7K ratings. Our [WAScheduler alternative page](/alternatives/wascheduler/) covers what moves over to Kaption and what doesn't.

### 3. Blueticks: recurring messages, campaigns and cloud sending

Blueticks offers unlimited and recurring scheduled messages from its Basic plan, campaigns to groups, labels or CSV lists, an AI agent that answers customers, task boards and an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. On Pro, schedules and campaigns run in Blueticks' cloud with your computer off.

**Limits:** per-user pricing gets expensive for teams, and computer-off sending is only on the top plan. Its store rating is the lowest on this list. Recent 1-star reviews describe scheduled messages that don't send once the browser is closed on Basic, a paid plan that wasn't activated, and scheduling that broke after an update. The free plan exists ("no time limit"), but the pricing page doesn't list what it includes.

**Price (as of Nov 3, 2026):** Basic $9 per user a month ($7 billed yearly); Standard $25 ($20 yearly); Pro $50 ($45 yearly).

**Chrome Web Store:** 60,000 users, 2.6 stars from 406 ratings. If you are weighing a move, see [switching from Blueticks to Kaption](/switch/blueticks/) and our list of [Blueticks alternatives for WhatsApp Web](/blog/en/blueticks-alternatives-whatsapp-web/).

### 4. WAPlus CRM: the best free scheduling allowance

WAPlus is a CRM layer for WhatsApp Web: custom tabs, labels, a sales pipeline, contact cards, auto-replies and HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho integrations. Its Free plan includes 3 schedulers and 3 reminders, which is more free scheduling than anyone else on this list publishes. Paid plans make schedulers and reminders unlimited.

**Limits:** no voice-note transcription, no MCP connector, and team features sync conversations to WAPlus's servers. The pricing page doesn't say whether its prices are monthly or annualized rates.

**Price (as of Nov 3, 2026):** Free; Starter $12.99 per user; Pro $17.99 per user; Growth $20.99 per user.

**Chrome Web Store:** 70,000 users, 4.9 stars from 4.1K ratings. More in our [WAPlus CRM comparison](/alternatives/waplus-crm/).

### 5. Pragmaz: scheduled messages and scheduled statuses

Pragmaz is built for Brazilian sellers. Its Intermediate plan adds scheduled messages and calls, a Kanban CRM, templates and reminders on the customer board. Its Status PRO add-on schedules WhatsApp statuses. The Advanced plan sends from a 24-hour cloud with your computer off. The free tools include HTML chat export with media and several accounts in one tab.

**Limits:** scheduling isn't in the free tools or in Basic. Prices are in Brazilian reais and are high for one person.

**Price (as of Nov 3, 2026):** Basic R$151.24 a month (R$120.99 on annual); Intermediate R$226.24 (R$180.99 on annual); Advanced R$443.74 (R$354.99 on annual).

**Chrome Web Store:** 100,000 users, 4.2 stars from 3.6K ratings. See our [Pragmaz comparison](/alternatives/pragmaz/).

### 6. WA Web Plus: scheduling in the biggest toolkit

WA Web Plus by Elbruz Technologies is the most installed WhatsApp Web add-on, with 2 million users. Scheduled messages are listed on every paid plan, next to broadcast campaigns, smart auto-replies, templates, contact and group export, and webhooks.

**Limits:** scheduling is a paid feature, and the free plan's contents aren't published. It doesn't advertise transcription, translation or an MCP connector. A different extension uses the same name, so check the developer before installing.

**Price (as of Nov 3, 2026):** Starter $14.99 a month (1 user); Professional $34.99 (5 users); Expert $49.99 (10 users).

**Chrome Web Store:** 2,000,000 users, 4.7 stars from 52.8K ratings. We cover the overlap in [switching from WA Web Plus](/switch/wa-web-plus/).

### 7. Eazybe: scheduling for CRM teams

Eazybe's Starter plan includes unlimited one-time or recurring scheduled messages, labels, chat backup, two-way CRM sync with HubSpot, Zoho, Bitrix24 and Google Sheets, follow-up reminders and a WhatsApp MCP for Claude and Codex.

**Limits:** no permanent free plan, only a 4-day trial. Several 1-star reviews from 2026 describe charges continuing after cancellation and support that is hard to reach.

**Price (as of Nov 3, 2026):** Starter $19 per user a month; Scaler $39 per number a month.

**Chrome Web Store:** 30,000 users, 4.2 stars from 1.1K ratings. See our [Eazybe comparison](/alternatives/eazybe/).

## Can scheduling get your WhatsApp number banned?

Scheduling one-to-one messages people expect is low risk; sending the same message to many people who didn't ask for it is what gets numbers restricted or banned. Several tools on this list (Blueticks, WAPlus, Pragmaz, WA Web Plus) also sell campaigns. Kaption deliberately doesn't, and its terms forbid bulk or unsolicited messaging. If campaigns are your goal, use a tool built for them, or better, the official WhatsApp Business API with approved templates.

## When isn't Kaption the right pick?

Kaption is the wrong choice if any of these describe you:

- **You schedule to groups.** Kaption schedules to one-to-one chats only. WAScheduler and Blueticks cover groups.
- **You need fine-grained recurrence, retries or cancel-on-reply.** WAScheduler's rules go from every minute to every year. Kaption has nothing like that.
- **Your computer is off when messages are due.** Blueticks Pro and Pragmaz Advanced send from their cloud. Kaption doesn't.
- **You only want free scheduling.** Kaption Free has none after your first 60 days. WAPlus Free gives you 3 schedulers.
- **You want the cheapest unlimited scheduling.** Blueticks Basic is US$9 per user a month (US$7 billed yearly) with unlimited scheduled messages. Kaption's unlimited scheduling is on Business, US$19.99 a month (US$11.99 billed yearly); Pro, from US$7.99 a month billed yearly, allows five a week.
- **You run campaigns or broadcasts.** Kaption doesn't send bulk messages.
- **You need a CRM.** Kaption isn't one. Eazybe, WAPlus and Pragmaz are closer to what you need.

Kaption fits best when one person schedules follow-ups to individual clients and also spends time on voice notes, long chats or other languages. Then one extension, from US$11.99 a month on Pro or US$19.99 on Business for unlimited scheduling, replaces two or three.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can WhatsApp schedule messages on its own?

No. WhatsApp and WhatsApp Web have no built-in schedule button, which is why scheduler extensions exist. Our guide on [how to schedule messages on WhatsApp Web](/blog/en/how-to-schedule-messages-whatsapp-web/) covers the manual workarounds too.

### Which WhatsApp scheduler is free?

WAPlus CRM is the clearest: its Free plan includes 3 schedulers and 3 reminders. Blueticks and WA Web Plus say they have free plans but don't publish what they include. Kaption includes scheduling in every account's first 60 days; after that it starts on Pro at US$11.99 a month (US$7.99 a month billed yearly), five a week.

### Can I schedule a WhatsApp message to a group?

Yes, with WAScheduler or Blueticks, which both advertise group scheduling. Kaption schedules to one-to-one chats only.

### Does my computer need to stay on?

For most extensions, yes. Kaption, WAScheduler and Blueticks Basic send from your open WhatsApp Web session. Blueticks Pro and Pragmaz Advanced advertise cloud sending with the computer off.

### Do these extensions work in Firefox or Safari?

This comparison covers Chrome extensions. Kaption runs in Chrome and Edge, plus its desktop app for Mac and Windows; it has no Firefox or Safari extension.

### What time zone do scheduled messages use?

In Kaption, your computer's local time. If your contact is in another country, work out their time first. Check each tool's settings for its own rule.

### Can an AI assistant schedule WhatsApp messages for me?

Yes. Kaption's [MCP connector](/mcp/) lets Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor schedule one message to one chat after you confirm the text and time. Blueticks and Eazybe also advertise MCP connections.

### Which scheduler is cheapest for a team?

It depends on the count. Blueticks and Eazybe price per user, WA Web Plus per bundle of users. Kaption Business is US$19.99 a month (US$11.99 billed yearly) for unlimited scheduling on 2 WhatsApp numbers, with no team features.
