Premium Sender is a free bulk sender for WhatsApp Web. Kaption doesn’t do bulk messaging, on purpose, so if sending to a list is what you need, Kaption isn’t your alternative. If you used Premium Sender to export contacts and group members, read on.

## TL;DR

- For bulk sending, stay with Premium Sender or another bulk tool. Kaption doesn’t send bulk messages, and its terms forbid unsolicited messaging.
- Where they overlap is export: Premium Sender exports contacts and group members to CSV; Kaption exports contacts, group members and whole chats (HTML with media, or CSV with transcripts), plus hourly encrypted backups on Pro and Business.
- Kaption also transcribes voice notes, translates, summarizes chats and sets reminders, which Premium Sender doesn’t advertise.
